War Leo Quixote
After careful consideration and alot of prayer, we have decided to castrate Tex, next month. We have one mare safely in foal, due within the next month, Misty. So this will be the last foal produced by War Leo Quixote. We just feel that it iwill be better for him to be able to run with the rest of the horses and we will be able to travel more with him, for trail riding. He is a great horse and such a calm stallion, I cannot imagine him being any more calm, as a gelding.
War Leo Quixote "Tex" is a 1997 AQHA Sorrel Stallion. He is an own grandson of the great Doc Quixote, out of a granddaughter of War Leo. Tex is bred for speed and sense.
Tex is 90.625% foundation bred, with the blood of 15 AQHA Hall of Fame horses, including Doc Bar, Joe Reed, King, Leo, Oklahoma Star, Poco Bueno and Wimpy.
